iBluSend review
Bring your own Mac and Apple ID; iBluSend supplies the software and the agency portal.
iBluSend inverts the hosted model: you provide the Mac and the Apple Account, and it provides the automation layer, the CRM workflows and — on the top tier — a white-label client portal on your own domain. Because it drives the real Messages app on hardware you own, it reaches the parts of iMessage that hosted vendors cannot: tapbacks, screen effects, voice memos and FaceTime audio from the same number. It is aimed squarely at GoHighLevel agencies reselling lines to their own clients.
What it is good at
- **Full Messages-app fidelity** — tapbacks, screen effects, voice memos — because it is driving the real client, not reimplementing it.
- FaceTime audio from the same iMessage number, which almost no hosted vendor offers.
- A white-label agency portal on your own domain at $399, cheaper than most vendors' single dedicated line.
- No per-message fees at any tier.
- An AI layer — persistent contact memory, lead qualification, drafted email replies — bundled from the Pro tier rather than sold as an add-on.
- Native GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Close and Pipedrive integrations plus a REST API.
Where it will bite you
- **You own the account risk and now you are paying for the privilege.** A hosted vendor absorbs Apple-side lockout; here it is your Mac and your Apple Account, exactly as with BlueBubbles, but with a subscription attached.
- Requires a Mac (Apple Silicon M1 or newer recommended) and an iPhone 11 or newer on the same Apple Account, with Messages in iCloud enabled.
- Fast User Switching caps it at roughly four lines per Mac, so scaling means buying more hardware.
- Sends from your own Apple Account number rather than a provisioned business line.
- No SMS or RCS fallback — Android contacts need another vendor.
- The reseller economics quoted on the site are the vendor's own framing of what agencies can charge, not a measured margin.
What iBluSend claims
Reported as the vendor's own marketing claims. We have not independently reproduced these numbers, and neither should you treat them as benchmarks.
- 98% open rates on native iMessage delivery
- Agencies typically resell dedicated lines for $100–$500/month, at roughly 80% margins

UTM note
In a white-label agency setup every client's links should carry a distinct source or campaign prefix, or one shared analytics view will blend every client's results together.
Whatever you send with, build the URL from one helper so tagging is consistent across every job and campaign. Open the UTM builder to generate one now.
