Sendara review
CRM-native blue bubbles, priced per line with no per-message fee.
Sendara sells iMessage lines that live inside your CRM rather than beside it: the integrations with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Close, Salesforce and Pipedrive are the product, and the API is there for what the integrations do not cover. It routes iMessage first, then RCS, then SMS, keeping the whole exchange in one thread. Its marketing leans hard on iOS 26's unknown-sender filtering — the argument being that a blue bubble is now the only reliable way to land in the main inbox.
What it is good at
- **Named, native CRM integrations** — GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Close, Salesforce and Pipedrive — rather than a generic webhook you wire yourself.
- Three-channel routing in a single thread: iMessage, then RCS, then SMS.
- No per-message fee, so the cost of a line is fixed however hard you work it.
- Agency mode for running lines on behalf of multiple clients.
- FaceTime calling as an add-on is genuinely unusual in this category.
Where it will bite you
- **$249 for the first line puts it at the top of the published range** — roughly six times Blooio's $39 shared tier, and two and a half times Miss Blue's $99 dedicated line.
- The $99 setup fee and $30 custom area-code fee are real costs that are not in the headline number.
- FaceTime is a $99/mo add-on, not included.
- Group chat support is not stated either way on the marketing site.
- The iOS 26 filtering argument is used as a scare; it is directionally true but the vendor is not a neutral source on how bad it is.
The shape of the API
Illustrative — parameter names and endpoints change. Treat this as the flavour of the integration, and copy the real thing from the official docs.

UTM note
Because sends originate from CRM workflows rather than your code, set the UTM convention once at the workflow level — otherwise every rep who builds their own automation invents a different campaign name.
Whatever you send with, build the URL from one helper so tagging is consistent across every job and campaign. Open the UTM builder to generate one now.
