The tiers

  • Free Sandbox

    $0no card required

    • API testing and test messages
    • Message Center preview

Catch Testing only — no live customer-facing number, so you cannot evaluate real deliverability on it.

  • Dedicated

$99per number, per month, promotional (normally $198)

    • A private number nobody else sends from
    • Unlimited contacts and unlimited team seats
    • RCS and SMS fallback on the same number
    • API, CLI, MCP server, integrations and the team inbox
    • No per-message charges

Catch Miss Blue recommends a maximum of 30 new outbound conversations daily with a 30%+ rolling reply rate — a real ceiling if you are doing volume outbound.

  • Calling add-ons

$75–$300per line, per month, on top of a dedicated number

    • Phone calls $75/mo (normally $100), 2,500 minutes included
    • FaceTime Audio $250/mo (normally $350), unlimited minutes
    • Both on one line $300/mo rather than $325 separately
    • Shared call history, per-number forwarding, optional recording

Catch Not discounted by the messaging sale, and priced per line. A line running both call types costs $399/mo all in, four times the $99 headline.

Costs that are not on the pricing page

  • A local number request is a **$205 one-time fee** — worth budgeting if the area code matters to you.
  • Conversational AI is a separate add-on at **$100/mo plus a $250 setup fee**, not part of the base plan.
  • The headline price is promotional. The stated regular rate is $198 per dedicated number, so price your renewal against that unless the lock-in is contractual.
  • Calling is **not** included and **not** discounted: $75/mo for phone calls, $250/mo for FaceTime Audio, or $300/mo for both, per line.
  • Unlimited team seats is genuinely unusual — most competitors charge per line, so a large front-desk team is cheaper here than the sticker suggests.

Miss Blue is priced unusually for this category in two ways, and both are worth understanding before you compare it to anything.

The dedicated line is the cheapest in the category

A dedicated number is the tier most businesses actually need — it is what stops another customer's sending behaviour affecting your deliverability. Miss Blue prices that at $99/month on current promotional pricing.

Three things that are not in the headline price

A specific area-code request is a $205 one-time fee, conversational AI is $100/mo plus $250 setup, and calling is a separate per-line add-on at $75, $250 or $300 a month. If any of those are part of your plan, price them in — the base figure is genuinely low, but it is a base. A line doing real calling is $399/mo, not $99.

Unlimited seats changes the maths for non-technical teams

Most vendors in this category price per line and assume a developer is the only consumer. Miss Blue's Dedicated tier includes unlimited team access to the Message Center, which means a front desk of six people costs the same as one. For a salon, clinic or dealership where several staff answer messages, that is a materially different cost structure from a per-seat or per-line competitor.

The outbound guidance is a real constraint

Miss Blue recommends a maximum of 30 new outbound conversations a day, with a 30%+ rolling reply rate. That is sensible advice for line health — it is the same reasoning behind why providers throttle you — but if your use case is high-volume cold outbound, this is not the plan for it, and you should say so in the sales conversation rather than discover it later.

The free sandbox is testing-only with no live number, so unlike Photon's free tier you cannot use it to check real-world deliverability. Use it to build the integration, then pay for a line before you judge the channel.

The direct comparison against the best-known name in the category is Miss Blue vs Sendblue.

Where these numbers come from

Taken from Miss Blue's published pricing page on 18 September 2026, including the promotional rate and the stated regular price. The $39/$78 shared-number tier we listed previously is no longer published; their FAQ still describes shared-pool numbers as a separate option, but without a public price. Promotional pricing by definition may end — confirm what you are actually signing up to.
