Catch The published price list is one tier deep. Plan on Lite being what you actually get.
Costs that are not on the pricing page
- An iPhone you own, keep online, and keep signed in — the hardware cost is real even though it is not on the invoice.
- No SMS or RCS fallback, so reaching Android contacts means paying a second vendor.
At $19 per number per month Texting Blue is less than half the previous published floor in this category, and the reason is structural: it does not provision or operate a line for you. You bring the iPhone, it brings the dashboard.
That makes it a genuinely different purchase from the hosted vendors. You are not buying blue-bubble infrastructure, you are buying a team layer on top of a phone you already own and already pay for.
100 messages a day is the number that decides this
For a front desk answering customers, 100 a day is plenty and the price is excellent. For any outbound motion it is a wall you hit in the first week, and no higher tier is published yet. Work out which side of that line you are on before the trial ends.
The hardware requirement also carries the account risk that every bridge-shaped product carries — hosted API vs self-hosted bridge covers what that means in practice.
Where these numbers come from
Taken from Texting Blue's published pricing in August 2026. Standard and Business tiers were advertised as coming soon and had no figures attached.
Best value for
A small team that already messages customers from one shop iPhone and just wants everyone to see the thread.
